Monitoring SSL status across all customer domains helps you ensure all websites are properly secured. This guide covers checking SSL status from the reseller panel.

### Checking SSL Status

1. Log in to **Plesk**.
2. Go to **Domains**.
3. Each domain row shows an SSL status indicator:
   - **Secure (green padlock):** Valid SSL certificate is installed.
   - **Warning (yellow):** Certificate is about to expire or has issues.
   - **Insecure (red):** No SSL certificate or expired certificate.
4. Click a domain to view certificate details, expiry date, and issuer.

### Important Notes

- Check SSL status regularly — at least once per week.
- A domain marked as secure does not guarantee it is free of mixed content issues.

### Troubleshooting

**Some domains show as insecure:**

- The SSL certificate may have expired. Re-issue it via SSL It!.
- The domain may not be resolving to the server.
