As a reseller, you can configure mail-related settings that affect your customers. This includes enabling or disabling mail features and setting up spam and antivirus protection defaults.

### Viewing Mail Settings

1. Log in to **Plesk**.
2. Go to **Tools & Settings** → **Mail Server Settings**.
3. Review the available mail settings.

### Configuring Mail Features

- **Webmail:** Enable Roundcube for customer email access.
- **Spam filtering:** Enable SpamAssassin server-wide.
- **Antivirus:** Enable ClamAV or Dr.Web antivirus scanning for incoming mail.
- **Greylisting:** Enable greylisting to reduce spam (temporarily rejects mail from unknown senders).
- **DKIM signing:** Enable DomainKeys Identified Mail for outgoing emails.

### Important Notes

- Some mail settings are server-wide and may be managed by your hosting provider.
- Individual customers can configure their own mail settings within their plan permissions.

### Troubleshooting
