Plesk sends various email notifications to customers (account creation, subscription expiry, etc.). You can customise these templates to match your brand and include your own messaging.

### Customising Email Templates

1. Log in to **Plesk**.
2. Go to **Tools & Settings** → **Notifications** (or **Mail Server Settings**).
3. Browse the list of available notification templates.
4. Click a template to edit it.
5. Modify the subject line and body text as needed.
6. You can use variables like `<customer_name>`, `<domain>`, and `<login_url>` to personalise emails.
7. Click **OK** to save.

### Important Notes

- Keep email templates professional and include your company contact details.
- Test email templates by sending a test notification before making changes live.

### Troubleshooting

**Notifications are not visible:**

- Your hosting provider may manage notification templates. Contact support.

**Customers are not receiving notifications:**

- Check that the mail server is working correctly and that notification emails are not being filtered as spam.
