As a reseller, you can view and manage all domains and subscriptions across your customers. This guide covers the key operations for managing client hosting resources.

### Viewing All Subscriptions

1. Log in to **Plesk**.
2. Go to **Subscriptions**.
3. You will see a list of all subscriptions with their status, plan, and resource usage.

### Suspending a Subscription

1. Go to **Subscriptions**.
2. Select the subscription.
3. Click **Change Status** → **Suspend**.

All websites, email, and FTP for that subscription will stop working.

### Activating a Subscription

1. Go to **Subscriptions**.
2. Select the suspended subscription.
3. Click **Change Status** → **Activate**.

### Transferring a Subscription to Another Customer

1. Go to **Subscriptions**.
2. Select the subscription.
3. Click **Change Subscriber**.
4. Select the new customer and click **OK**.

The subscription becomes unbound from its plan and turns into a custom subscription.

### Important Notes

- Suspended subscriptions do not consume traffic but still use disk space.
- Transferring a subscription changes its ownership but does not modify its resources.

### Troubleshooting

**Cannot suspend a subscription:**

- The subscription may already be suspended or have expired.
