As a reseller, you may have one or more IP addresses assigned to your account. These IPs are used to host customer websites. This guide covers managing IP addresses in Plesk.

### Viewing Your IP Addresses

1. Log in to **Plesk**.
2. Go to **Tools & Settings** → **IP Addresses**.
3. You will see a list of all IPs assigned to your account, including:
   - IP address
   - Type (Shared or Exclusive)
   - Status (Active or Inactive)
   - Number of domains hosted on each IP

### Shared vs Exclusive IP

- **Shared IP:** Multiple domains share the same IP. Suitable for most hosting scenarios.
- **Exclusive IP:** Only one domain uses this IP. Required for some SSL configurations and for customers who need a dedicated IP.

### Assigning an IP to a Subscription

1. Go to **Subscriptions** → click the subscription.
2. Click **Change Hosting Settings**.
3. Select the IP address from the dropdown.
4. Click **OK**.

### Important Notes

- IP addresses are assigned by your hosting provider. You cannot add IPs yourself.
- Request additional IPs from your hosting provider if needed.

### Troubleshooting

**"No available IPs":**

- Contact your hosting provider to assign IP addresses to your reseller account.
