Email forwarding automatically sends incoming messages to another email address. You can set up forwarding to a single address or multiple addresses. This is useful when you want to receive emails from multiple addresses in one inbox, or when forwarding to a colleague.

### Setting Up Email Forwarding

1. Log in to **Plesk**.
2. Go to **Mail**.
3. Click the email address you want to configure.
4. Go to the **Forwarding** tab.
5. Select **Switch on mail forwarding**.
6. In the **Forward to** field, enter one or more email addresses to forward messages to. Separate multiple addresses with commas, spaces, or place each on a new line.
7. Click **OK**.

### Forwarding Without Keeping a Copy

If you want to forward all mail without storing a copy in the original mailbox:

1. Go to **Mail**.
2. Click the email address.
3. Clear the **Mailbox** checkbox.
4. Click **OK**.

This makes the address a **forwarder only** — no mailbox is created, and no copies are kept.

### Important Notes

- Forwarding to multiple addresses is supported. Each recipient will receive a copy of the incoming email.
- If you disable the mailbox, emails will only be forwarded — no copies will be stored or accessible via webmail.
- Forwarding loops can occur if you set up forwarding between two addresses that forward to each other. Always avoid circular forwarding.

### Troubleshooting

**Forwarded emails are not arriving:**

- Verify the forwarding email address is spelled correctly.
- Check the recipient spam or junk folder.
- Ensure forwarding is turned on (the checkbox is selected).

**Want to stop forwarding:**

- Go to **Mail** → click the email address → **Forwarding** tab → clear **Switch on mail forwarding** → **OK**.
