Monitoring your customers resource usage helps you identify heavy users, plan capacity, and enforce plan limits. This guide covers how to view per-customer resource consumption and activity.

### Viewing Customer Resource Usage

1. Log in to **Plesk**.
2. Go to **Customers**.
3. The customer list shows usage indicators for each customer (disk space, traffic).

### Troubleshooting

**Statistics are not updating:**

- Statistics are processed once per day. Wait 24 hours and check again.
