Monitoring your resource usage helps you plan capacity, avoid over-limit errors, and make informed decisions about upgrading. This guide covers how to view your resource allocation and usage as a reseller.

### Viewing Resource Usage

1. Log in to **Plesk** with your reseller credentials.
2. Go to **Home**.
3. The dashboard displays your resource overview:
   - **Disk space:** Total allocated vs. used across all customers.
   - **Traffic:** Monthly bandwidth usage.
   - **Websites:** Number of websites created vs. maximum allowed.
   - **Domains:** Number of domains vs. maximum allowed.
   - **Mail accounts:** Number of email accounts vs. maximum allowed.
   - **Databases:** Number of databases vs. maximum allowed.

### Viewing Per-Customer Usage

1. Go to **Customers**.
2. The customer list shows resource usage indicators (disk space, traffic) next to each customer.
3. Click a customer name to see detailed usage breakdown.

### Important Notes

- Your reseller limits are set by your hosting provider and cannot be changed from the reseller panel.
- If you frequently approach your limits, contact your hosting provider about upgrading your reseller plan.

### Troubleshooting

**Resource usage does not update:**

- Statistics may take up to 24 hours to update. Check again later.

**"You have exceeded your resource limits":**

- Review per-customer usage and ask heavy users to upgrade or reduce usage.
- Contact your hosting provider to increase your reseller limits.
